A robust 11% imperial stout that blurs the line between beer and dessert. Omnipollo constructs a dark, layered stout with pecan notes and an impressive body that evolves toward mud cake territory.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, expect roasted malt, cocoa, and a nutty sweetness reminiscent of caramelised pecans. The palate reveals layers: dark chocolate, espresso, and that signature pecan accent bridging sweet and subtly bitter. Mouthfeel is full and creamy, almost oily, with a lingering finish where roasted nuts and coffee persist.

Serving
