Overview

Secteur Pavé is a 6.5% IPA from Parisian micro-brewery Fauve that channels the rugged spirit of French cobblestone classics. A beer with bite and character, exactly what you'd expect from this artistically driven brewery.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, expect citrus and tropical fruit with hints of grapefruit and mango. The palate delivers a solid hop bitterness that evolves into resinous pine and orange peel. Medium-bodied with a refreshing crispness throughout. The finish is dry and slightly spicy, with a pleasant, lingering bitterness.

Brewery

Fauve was founded by Cyprien Maisonnier and Antoine Robic in Paris. Rather than maintaining a fixed range, they brew ephemeral beers that showcase different styles throughout the year. Each can features artwork by various graphic artists—a fusion of beer and art that defines their identity.

Serving

Serve at 6-8°C in an IPA glass. Pairs excellently with spicy dishes, grilled chicken, or strong cheeses.
