Tasting Notes

On the nose, expect ripe mango with subtle citrus notes in the background. The palate shows prominent but fresh mango flavour, backed by a light bitterness that prevents it from becoming cloying. The mouthfeel stays light and sessionable, finishing dry with a subtle hop touch that invites another sip.

Brouwerij Kees from Middelburg keeps it pure: water, malt, hops, yeast—nothing else. This no-nonsense approach translates into honest beers with character, fully vegan and free from unnecessary additions.

Serving

Serve at 6-8°C in an IPA glass. Pairs well with spicy dishes like Thai curry or grilled chicken with mango salsa.
