Overview

A Double IPA that lives up to its name: bold, full-bodied and unapologetically hop-forward. At 8.5% ABV there's serious weight behind this beer, but without the cloying heaviness that can sometimes plague the style.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, tropical fruit dominates — think mango, passionfruit and lychee — backed by pine resin. The palate delivers a full, oily body with pronounced bitterness that grips the tongue. The finish is long and resinous, with a dry, almost sticky sensation that draws you back for another sip. The alcohol presence is clear but well-integrated.

Basqueland Brewing from the Basque Country is known for their distinctive takes on American beer styles, with a focus on intense hop expression and tight technical execution.

Serving

Serve at 8-10°C in a tulip glass. Pairs excellently with spicy grilled chicken wings or aged hard cheese.
