Tasting Notes

On the nose, expect immediate tropical fruit - think mango, passion fruit and pineapple. The palate balances fresh acidity with gentle sweetness, while lactose provides an almost gelato-like roundness. Light tartness without sharp edges, finishing with lingering tropical notes.

Serving
