Stigbergets Three-Headed Cod

Overview

Three-Headed Cod is a robust IPA from Gothenburg that demonstrates why Stigbergets Bryggeri has built such a strong reputation in the Scandinavian craft beer scene. At 7.5% ABV, this is a heavily hopped beer that doesn't hold back.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, expect citrus and tropical fruit. The palate follows with grapefruit peel, mango and a hint of pine resin. The mouthfeel is full-bodied without becoming cloying, with a bitterness that leaves no doubt this is a proper IPA. The finish lingers long with resinous, bitter notes.
