Tasting Notes

On the nose, expect soft grain notes with a hint of orange peel. The palate is light and refreshing, wheat malt leading with a refined spiciness reminiscent of coriander. The mouthfeel is soft and lightly effervescent, finishing clean with a whisper of citrus.

Brewery

Copenhagen's Mikkeller built its reputation on bold experimentation and constantly evolving recipes. The Danish brewery now operates bars worldwide—from San Francisco to Bangkok—with annual production of 1.7 million litres. The gypsy brewing approach, producing at host breweries like Belgium's Proefbrouwerij, remains core to their model.
