Overview

This DIPA revolves entirely around Citra hops in all their glory. At 8% ABV and generously hopped, expect a powerful beer where tropical fruit and citrus take center stage, without the bitterness tipping over.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, a jungle of mango, passion fruit and grapefruit emerges. The palate delivers a full but not overly heavy body with juicy notes of fresh mandarin and lychee. The finish brings a resinous bitterness that lingers long, exactly what you'd expect from a DIPA of this caliber.

Serving

Serve at 6-8°C in a tulip glass. Pairs excellently with grilled spare ribs or spicy curries.
